I rented a beautiful white 2024 Suburban from Twin Falls Car Sales and Rentals in Twin Falls, and it was hands-down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The vehicle was detailed exactly the way I wanted, fueled up, and ready to roll the moment I arrived. Everyone I worked with was so professional and genuinely friendly that I’ve already referred at least 20 people to them — and I’ll definitely be using them again very soon for our next trip up to Montana. A special shout-out to the manager, Sabrina, who made sure every little detail was perfect. I booked through Evelyn, and we got the exact vehicle we requested. The whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. We’re so pleased that Twin Falls Car Sales and Rentals will always be our go-to from now on. My vehicle was wrecked on the highway near Twin Falls driving home to Las Vegas. State Farm sent me to Enterprise for a rental but they didn’t have anything available for three days out. Thankfully Twin Falls Car Sales and Rentals took care of me right away and I was immediately on my way home to see the family. Thank you Molly for being patient with me and the people in the sales room who offered me a coffee and a cupcake. I was still shook from the accident so I had not ate yet and that quick snack gave me the energy boost I needed to get me back on the road .

Armen was very awesome answered all questions best he could was not pushy Sabrina and …I’m sorry can’t remember her name but had a pink sweater on with a hurt back… very awesome friendly all of us where laughing at the music everyone would put on. Abiezar was AMAZING on helping my partner find HIS first vehicle! We started with looking at trucks, test driving them, to ended up going a whole other route! The staff is friendly and always willing to help when a rental is needed. Cars are new, clean and waiting with your name tag in the window. They have won over my car rental business.
