My husband and I had the amazing pleasure of being helped by Jon. Jon, much like my husband, is a veteran. So not only did Jon bond with my husband over that, but really took it upon himself to personally see to it that we were taken care of. No pressure, and made sure we had all the facts. Went through all the details with us about what we wanted and what we needed and what fit our budget, and was so patient with us when it came to us deciding what route we wanted to go. We will never be able to recommend Jon enough for his amazing attitude and kind respect he gave us. My husband was able to find and get the truck he wanted and we will definitely come back to this lot, and hopefully Jon again in the future. 10 out of 5 stars if I could! ❤️

The whole process was incredibly fast and smooth, easily the quickest I’ve ever experienced. I appreciated the text updates and how they had everything ready by the time I arrived. From now on, this will be my go-to place for car rentals.

This place was the best! Sabrina specifically was awesome to work with. She was so accommodating. She allowed me to pick up the car before the store even opened so I was able to make my appointment in salt lake on time. She made the process a breeze. The rental process was super simple. I was able to send the documents the night before so it made picking up the car so much faster. Then the car was amazing. It was a brand new cross trek sport with all the amenities you could want or need on a car. They will forever have my business and referrals.

Sabrina was wonderful to work with her customer service was amazing! We were in a pinch and needed a rental ASAP but everyone was closed and it was getting late! We found Twin Falls Cars Sales and Rentals on google maps and gave them a call to see if by chance they had something available. Sabrina was so kind over the phone and told us she could have something ready for us as soon as we got there! She even started the rental process with us over the phone and made everything super easy and quick. By the time we got there (within 15 minutes from calling) she had all our information that was needed all we had to do was sign. She had a beautiful rental clean, fueled, and ready to go for us. We would like to thank Sabrina so very much for saving our tails and making everything very quick, easy and stress free! She was very pleasant to work with and we will be returning for our rental needs from here on out!

I've used Enterprise in the past for most of my rental needs, but when I found out we had a new car rental place right here in Twin Falls, I had to give it a try. Why? Because every time I’ve reserved a vehicle at Enterprise, it’s always a surprise that my reserved vehicle isn’t available—I'm usually stuck with “whatever they have.” On top of that, I once reserved a car with Avis at the airport (ALL THE WAY OUT OF TOWN), only to be told they had nothing available when I arrived. At Twin Falls Cars Sales and Rentals, Sabrina helped me secure a vehicle, and guess what? It was the exact vehicle I chose—a Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition. Super cool car, and it worked perfectly for my family and me on a road trip to Boise. The lot is in the old Lithia building across from Texas Roadhouse, and the rentals are all brand new. They’ve got Subaru and Chevrolet vehicles available. I know where I’ll be renting from now on—great prices, great service, and no surprises. Thanks to Sabrina for making it such an easy, enjoyable experience!

What wonderful service! My friend Robert was in a tough spot and needed a vehicle fast. We started looking around dealerships and when we got here, Jon was very reasonable. He knew our budget and worked with us to get a vehicle within two days! What a great place!

Sabrina and the team where amazing to work with, very new and clean rental car and what an amazing price. I'm so happy to have another option to rent a car when needed.
